As I look at the above image, I imagine Tyler Perry using his deep voice to plead with Gabrielle Union in pidgin with a thick Igbo accent like, "Omalicha'm, biko no mind all those mumu-mumu men way dey do anyhow. When dem mama bin dey push dem komot from belle she forgate push plus their bren. Na why their skull still empty till today - no bren inside! So abeg no vex eh? On behalf of all men, I say sorreh. Not all of us are the sem. Ahah brown sugar, you no sabi your man again?..."
Women, some of us men are actually trying. So I think it's unfair for you to punish us for the sins of other men by having a general view and taking a general stand. I think you should wait to meet your man before you know how to tackle and handle him as an individual. So many of you have already prepared for battle without knowing the battle ground or if there will be any need for war; you're still single but already in amagedon mode with your husband even before you meet him. I know the major reason most of you are so belligerent is because so many deadbeat men have abused their positions and maltreated women for so many years now. But contrary to the cataclysmic mantra, not all men are the same. Some of you end up attracting good men but because of your abrasiveness, end up chasing them away. So please young girl, caaaalm down. Forming that coalition of frustrated women opposition party against men will never change anything, for only God has the power to change the heart of man. Many of you have gone about this the wrong way, even sinning in the process. Therefore accept God's amnesty today; lay down your arms, step aside and let Him take control. Let He, the Great Physician massage your aching heart, o biko. We're not at war with each other. There's no justification for being destructive because you believe you're fighting a just cause. When you get overwhelmed, you may end up overreacting, and when you do, you sully yourself also. And in such a scenario, there will be no winner, only losers.
For the deadbeat men, abeg you're causing us wahala o. I never marry, and almost every girl I meet now has turned Spartan warrior. Biko, I no get energy for war, so abeg treat women well and with uttermost regard. We all have mothers at least, so when you maltreat a woman because you feel your gender is superior, you're actually giving a very dirty slap to the woman who bore, nursed, and nurtured you. There's no pride in being condescending to women. It only mirrors weakness, lack of exposure, proper grooming, and education. Treat women as Christ treats the church. Please, they don't belong in the kitchen, living room, and the other room of wonders. Show some respect and save us this shamefully infantile battle of the sexes. Thank you o.
